Jim joined CreditXpert in 2020 with a proven track record in building businesses that drive value for customers, employees, and shareholders. His goals at CreditXpert are first and foremost to further the mission of helping families realize their dream by making homeownership affordable and accessible for all and to expand the impact CreditXpert can have by building new capabilities for mortgage loan originators and credit experts to assist borrowers.

Renata joined CreditXpert in 2020 with over 20 years of experience in product management and operations leadership in fintech, media and travel industries. She works to align the strategic direction and product roadmap based on customer needs in delivery of new or enhanced product solutions. Renata is focused on building a team of product leaders with the skills needed to support and expand our products well into the future. She sees CreditXpert as a key contributor to economic growth and champion for the communities we serve.

Mike joined CreditXpert in early 2021 with over 20 years of brand and marketing leadership experience at companies like Marriott, Capital One and Sallie Mae. He also spent several years leading growth marketing for early and late-stage tech companies. Mike is excited about the impact that credit transparency will have on millions of existing and prospective homeowners.

Matt has worked for over 16 years to digitize the mortgage process with supporting technologies. He now leads CreditXpert efforts to maximize client success and ensure even more lenders can help more borrowers and increase profitability with our software. Matt sees the potential for borrowers gaining more insights and transparency on their credit score and lenders having better tools to help borrowers get approved. It truly is a win-win for all involved when his sales and client success team can demonstrate how CreditXpert tools have a unique and lasting impact for all involved in mortgage lending.

Jennifer joins CreditXpert from B2 Equity Holdings, where she served as CEO & Chief Legal Officer. In addition to her role at B2 Equity Holdings, she led Pipeline ROI (a portfolio company of B2) as CEO & Chief Legal Officer. Prior, Jennifer directed all legal and business matters, and created and executed company strategy as EVP & General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer at a la mode; ultimately leading to the successful exit to CoreLogic as well as Mercury Network, where she led the company to a successful exit to Serent Capital. Jennifer began her career as co-owner and co-founder of S&S Telecommunications before moving on to working with NMHC and McKee Nelson, LLP as an attorney.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida and her Master’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Norwood School in Bethesda, Maryland.

Janette joins CreditXpert with nearly 25 years of professional experience across industries. Since 2009, her primary focus has been to provide strategic human resource leadership at an executive level in support of high growth organizations. Prior to joining CreditXpert, Hunt led the human resource functions at InstallNet International LLC, International Systems Management Corp, USP LLC and executive level human resources support at B. F. Saul, and impactHR.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Employment Relations and Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in human resource Employment Relations from Penn State University. She is a member of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association, SHRM, and was also the Co-founder and President of the Penn State World Campus SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) chapter. Janette will be based out of CreditXpert’s Baltimore, Maryland headquarters.

Henry joined CreditXpert with over two decades of professional experience. He started as an investment banker advising Software and SaaS companies with their private and public capital raises in addition to their M&A transactions. Eventually, he joined one of his former clients as their CFO. He helped successfully grow that business and was instrumental in its sale to NetSuite. Henry continued working as an operations driven finance executive utilizing his broad array of skills: corporate finance, accounting, managing operating groups, complex financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management. He joined CreditXpert in 2024. Henry is excited to join a team that will grow the Company so it can help more families achieve their goal of homeownership.
