No, Loan Originators utilize our SaaS as a tool to help their applicants.

If an applicant is invited to Applicant Connect by their LO, they will set up a username and password, and at that time they are presented with an Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. You are also able to include your own disclosures, should you choose to do so.

No. CreditXpert solutions cannot initiate or remove disputes, close accounts, open new accounts, or pay down debts. If an applicant believes that any of their credit reports contain inaccurate information, it is the applicant’s responsibility to notify the relevant credit reporting agency(ies) in accordance with their notice procedures.

No. However we do track and review regulations for updates as well as new legislation that may be applicable to our business.
We operate our business in conformity with all applicable laws which may include the FCRA, GLBA, and other laws governing data privacy or data protection. We are evaluated on industry standard security controls in our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 assessments.
Permissible Purpose

Yes. Use of the CreditXpert Platform falls under permissible purpose. CreditXpert acts as an agent on behalf of its clients for the purpose of providing certain solutions for the client as provided per the FCRA under Permissible Purpose. As a technical provider, the CX Platform only uses the information to provide solutions for the permitted purpose. While our technology has been updated, it remains a software solution. How lenders use CreditXpert, and credit reports remains unchanged from our Legacy Software you previously purchased from your credit provider.
