CreditXpert works with the top lenders in the country to put credit first, at the time of origination. Our AI-driven analytics answer complex credit score questions for all borrowers, regardless of credit score. The suggestions made by our technology lead to real, lasting credit score improvement. Borrowers save money by securing better rates and terms. Lenders are able to offer a differentiated service and improve their profitability by increasing the percentage of loans that make it to the closing table. Everyone wins.

Jim Hemmer, CEO
Jim joined CreditXpert in 2020 with a proven track record in building businesses that drive value for customers, employees, and shareholders. His goals at CreditXpert are first and foremost to further the mission of helping families realize their dream by making homeownership affordable and accessible for all and to expand the impact CreditXpert can have by building new capabilities for mortgage loan originators and credit experts to assist borrowers.
Renata Sheyner, VP of Product
Renata joined CreditXpert in 2020 with over 20 years of experience in product management and operations leadership in fintech, media and travel industries. She works to align the strategic direction and product roadmap based on customer needs in delivery of new or enhanced product solutions.
Renata is focused on building a team of product leaders with the skills needed to support and expand our products well into the future. She sees CreditXpert as a key contributor to economic growth and champion for the communities we serve.
Mike Darne, VP of Marketing
Mike joined CreditXpert in early 2021 with over 20 years of brand and marketing leadership experience at companies like Marriott, Capital One and Sallie Mae. He also spent several years leading growth marketing for early and late-stage tech companies.
Mike is excited about the impact that credit transparency will have on millions of existing and prospective homeowners.
Matt Hydrew, VP of Sales & Client Success
Matt has spent over 16 years digitizing the mortgage process through innovative technologies. At CreditXpert, he leads efforts to maximize client success, helping lenders assist more borrowers and improve profitability. He’s passionate about increasing transparency for borrowers and equipping lenders with better tools. Matt’s sales and client success team demonstrates how CreditXpert delivers lasting impact across the mortgage industry.
Jennifer Sides, Chief Legal Officer
Jennifer joined CreditXpert in 2022 from B2 Equity Holdings, where she served as CEO & Chief Legal Officer. In addition to her role at B2 Equity Holdings, she led Pipeline ROI (a portfolio company of B2) as CEO & Chief Legal Officer. Prior, Jennifer directed all legal and business matters and created and executed company strategy as EVP & General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer at a la mode; ultimately leading to the successful exit to CoreLogic as well as Mercury Network, where she led the company to a successful exit to Serent Capital. She holds a J.D., Master’s, and Bachelor’s, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Norwood School.
Janette Hunt, VP of Human Resources
Janette joined CreditXpert in early 2022, bringing more than 15 years of strategic human resources leadership experience, much of it within high-growth organizations. She has held senior HR roles at InstallNet, B.F. Saul Company, ISM Corp, and USP LLC, and also provided executive-level HR support through her work at impactHR. Janette holds both a B.A. and an M.S. in Human Resource Employment Relations and Ethical Leadership from Penn State University. She is SHRM-SCP certified and remains actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). A committed advocate for HR excellence, she co-founded and served as president of the Penn State World Campus SHRM chapter.
Henry Sage, Chief Financial Officer
Henry joined CreditXpert in 2024 with over 20 years of finance and leadership experience. He began as an investment banker advising Software and SaaS businesses on capital raises and M&A. Then, became CFO of a SaaS company, helped grow the business, and led its sale to NetSuite. Since then, he has served as an operations-focused finance executive, leveraging skills in corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management. He’s excited to help CreditXpert scale its business and expand access to homeownership.
