UX Designer

We are adding a seasoned and gifted holistic UX Designer to our small team of top performers to develop compelling, intuitive and simple user experiences for complex professional applications for the credit industry. This position requires close collaboration with the user experience director, product manager, usability manager and software developers. The ideal candidate has user-centered design as a religion and basks in data-driven decision making. You must be creative, focused, multi-talented and a resourceful problem-solver.


As a UX Designer, you will:

  • Help shape how our solutions work for users (not just how they look)
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional product development team
  • Rapidly design and iterate based on requirements, user research and usability test results
  • Balance all aspects of designs, including IA, interaction design and visual design
  • Design all aspects from concepts, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mock-ups to design specs for development
  • Clearly articulate design choices and considerations
  • Champion great user experiences
  • Provide thought leadership on UX evolution
  • Stay current on the latest UX practices, trends, methodologies, and tools
